Responsibilities as a Sales Manager:
* Develop and implement the growth strategy for the sales region in collaboration with the Country Manager
* Create seasonal product and sales forecasts for the sales region
* Present new collections to existing and potential clients
* Ensure regular visits and communication with all retailers and buyers
* Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure that all inquiries, orders, and deliveries are handled satisfactorily
* Identify business opportunities and strategically expand the region
* Participate in national trade fairs
* Support the seasonal launch event in the respective country
* Apply commercial awareness to make “brand-appropriate” decisions
* Provide weekly reporting on key meetings, business opportunities, and growth progress in the sales region
* Ensure that the brand is represented at the right points of sale that align with the luxury and premium positioning concept
Requirements for the position of Regional Sales Manager:
* You have experience in sales as an Account Manager or Regional Sales Manager
* You can demonstrate that you have developed a sales territory both commercially and strategically
* You are characterized by high accuracy, reliability, and a keen eye for detail
* With your friendly and positive manner, you are used to maximizing sales through professional relationships while taking business conditions into account
* You are confident in decision-making and make commercial decisions
* You are proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
* You understand the bigger picture when managing client accounts, collaborate with various departments, and ensure clear and precise communication
