Description:
We are seeking a talented individual to join us at Mercer. This role will be based in Brussels. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

We will count on you to :
1. Assists Senior Consultants with day to day client contact and problem resolution of larger clients.
2. Performs necessary calculations or analysis on special retirement projects analyzing their impact on all of a client’s retirement plans, including assumption studies, plan design studies, plan terminations, implementation of legal changes into the plan.
3. Perform and model calculations and/or projections in order to meet project specifications.
4. Communicates with clients through participation in client meetings, and presentations.
5. Assist on the local support for international projects such as: benefit benchmarks and reviews, harmonization of benefits after an acquisition, Side by side comparisons of benefits in an M&A context
