POSITION SUMMARY
The Graphics and Multi-media Specialist is responsible for creating and maintaining high-quality visual content that aligns with the company's global brand standards. This role ensures brand consistency across all markets and platforms, supporting marketing campaigns, product launches, communications, trade fairs and events for the division/Operating Group and all brands. This position is responsible for designing and producing creative marketing materials utilizing graphics software and other multimedia formats to produce video, photography, print, and digital visual content. The position oversees document asset management for the group and manages external vendors for the production and delivery of final assets.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Designs marketing materials to company's brand standards and guidelines.
· Supports demand generation and campaign execution to support marketing and sales activities for the Operating Group.
· Creative force behind the design and development of all marketing material including digital (web, social media, email), print (brochures, packaging, trade show), and multi-media (videos and photography).
* Responsible for filming and editing sales, marketing and training videos This involves video taping, video editing, placing graphics into video, audio, and other visual elements in the authoring environment for final multimedia presentations.
Responsible for development and maintenance of the video library.
* Responsible for photography of equipment portfolio. Management activities include shooting photos, editing, and cataloging images for print and digital use.
* Organizes and maintains digital assets utilizing company tools including Sharepoint and Showpad (Document Asset Management tool.)
· Trade Fairs & Events: Designs booth graphics, banners, signage, and promotional materials for international trade fairs and exhibitions.
· Campaign Support: Collaborate with marketing teams worldwide to design assets for global campaigns.
· Localization: Adapt designs for different regions while maintaining brand integrity.
· Innovation: Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies to keep the brand fresh and competitive. Evaluates and recommends marketing technology systems (automation & related tools)
· Project Management: Handle multiple projects with varying deadlines across time zones and different cultures and languages.
* Responsible for developing materials within budget and delivering projects on-time
* Assist in the implementation of cost reduction initiatives relative to the digital and printed marketing materials
· Collaboration: Work closely with copywriters, product managers, and external agencies.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
· Bachelor's degree (B. A.) in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or Communications preferred.
· years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a global or multi-market environment.
· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and digital design tools (Figma, Canva).
· Strong understanding of branding, typography, and color theory.
· Experience with trade fair design and large-format graphics.
· Motion graphics and video editing skills are required.
· Experience with web design, marketing automation systems and CRM systems a plus.
· Excellent communication skills and ability to work across cultures and time zones.
· Project management skills and execution power to coordinate international actions and outsourcing processes.
· Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
· Travel approx. up to 25% for tradeshows, events and meetings
