* Variable schedule: 5 days out of 7, during the day (including Saturday)

Your mission?
As an Assistant Restaurant Manager / Shift Leader, you will be responsible for the smooth running of the restaurant and all operational aspects, including:
* Managing production (availability of all menu items, with minimal waste).
* Placing orders and managing stock.
* Training, managing, leading, motivating, and evaluating employees (including recruiting students): task distribution, supervising the duties of a team of front-of-house and kitchen staff (2 commis chefs, 10 students).
* Welcoming and serving customers during lunch and/or dinner service and offering them a superb experience.
* Managing delivery platforms (UberEats, Deliveroo, our own Click & Collect...).
* Monitoring compliance with internal standards (cooking times, portions, composition).
* Meeting quality, service, and hygiene standards.
