Providing a fully integrated approach to transfer pricing, our people prepare documentation, defend transfer pricing in audits, and develop tax planning approaches. /p pWe are currently seeking candidates for a career opportunity as a Senior Global TP Documentation Projects to participate in and supervise multiple and challenging Transfer Pricing engagements and to contribute to the delivery of quality tax planning services for our diverse clients. /p h3Your Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liDriving and assisting in global documentation projects from inception to completion. /li liConducting sophisticated economic analyses using cutting-edge methodologies and benchmarking tools. /li liManaging the client relationships while providing strategic commercial insights. /li liSupporting controversy matters including audits, advance pricing arrangements, and mutual agreement procedures. /li liMentoring junior team members and contributing to the practice's knowledge management initiatives. /li liCollaborating with international teams on cross-border assignments and global documentation projects. /li /ul h3Your Profile /h3 ul liYou have 3-4 years of strong transfer pricing experience, ideally gained within Big 4 or mid-tier, especially in managing global compliance projects. /li liStrong technical foundation in OECD transfer pricing guidelines and international tax principles. /li liDemonstrate experience in drafting functional analysis for routine intercompany transactions. /li liDemonstrable experience with economic analysis, including software and statistical methodologies. Understanding of financial transactions and benchmarking analysis is an advantage. /li liBasic understanding of computer language or tools such as Alteryx, SQL or Python is desired. /liliBasic understanding of accounting principles, ERP systems is required. /li liGood written and verbal communication skills with proven client management capabilities. /li liGood written and verbal proficiency in English.
