We are looking for a Project Manager – Advisor Tooling to join our Advisor Experience Steering team, part of the Customer Operations Steering Tribe. This team focuses on optimizing the tools and platforms that empower advisors to provide fast, efficient, and personalized service to our customers. In this role, you'll oversee the long-term roadmap across all platforms, identify synergies between initiatives, and drive strategic alignment across teams and management.
Your Responsibilities
As Project Manager Advisor Tooling, you’ll be the strategic owner of the advisor tooling roadmap. You connect dots between tools, initiatives, and teams—ensuring a coherent long-term vision and pragmatic execution.
1. Shape and own the long-term tooling roadmap in close collaboration with business and IT stakeholders.
2. Guard and translate the management vision on advisor tooling into concrete actions, ensure its realization, and actively promote it internally so teams understand and support the direction
3. Facilitate quarterly alignment discussions with Leadership team of Operations, surfacing dependencies and driving informed decision-making.
4. Identify links and overlaps across tooling projects, ensuring consistency and integration throughout the advisor experience ecosystem.
5. Step into projects when needed, ranging from acting as the “voice of the advisor” to leading an initiative from start to finish.
6. Ensure visibility on project progress and bottlenecks and communicate clearly across levels and domains.
7. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, advisors, analysts, developers, and external partners to translate the strategy into concrete actions and outcomes.

17. Are comfortable navigating complexity and interdependencies
18. Have an affinity with tooling, UX, or customer operations platforms
19. Are familiar with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira and Confluence
20. Have at least 5 years of relevant experience in a project or program management role
21. Are fluent in Dutch and comfortable working in English (spoken and written)
