📍 Location: Flemish Region, Belgium | 🕒 Full-Time
💶 Salary: €3,000 – €6,000/month (depending on experience) + commission

We are currently seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join a fast-growing freight forwarding team based in Flemish Region. This is a senior commercial role for a driven logistics professional with a proven track record in air, ocean, and road freight.
🔹 About the Role
This position is focused on generating new business and managing key client relationships across multiple freight channels. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying strategic opportunities, closing high-value deals, and working closely with internal teams to deliver best-in-class logistics solutions.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
* Drive new business development across air, ocean, and road freight services
* Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners
* Monitor industry trends, pricing, and competitor activity
🔹 Candidate Requirements
* Minimum 3–5 years of experience in freight forwarding sales
* Demonstrated success in securing and growing key accounts
* Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
* Fluent in English; Dutch and/or French is a strong plus
