Within Operations, we are growing our Digital Inside Sales (DIS) team. Our groundbreaking approach to sales brings clients the right combination of trusted technical sellers and innovative technology, powered by data and insights.

The Work: Inside Sales Account Representative


1. Nurture a high volume of accounts; upsell/cross-sell/activate existing and new accounts
2. Retain and grow revenue within your accounts
3. Develop an understanding of our partners’ business goals and turn data into compelling stories and actionable insights to help them succeed
4. Work collaboratively with the sales team to develop, maintain, and grow relationships
5. Track, analyze, and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends internally to leadership
6. Work with client business segment handling small to medium-sized opportunities
7. Work on deals to lead qualification step and various stages of the Sales Cycle

Basic Qualifications:

8. Minimum of 1-3 years’ experience in sales or lead generation
9. Specific knowledge of the IT and cloud- based technology industry

Preferred Qualifications:

10. Bachelor's degree
11. Language: English.
12. Prior inside sales experience with emphasis on both outbound and inbound calling
13. Has quota-based sales experience with sales impact on performance, quota attainment, and promotion
14. Interest in expanding industry knowledge through training and certifications
