The Functional Validation & Performance (FV&P) team plays a pivotal role in the development and optimization of automotive systems. As part of the e-DCT transmission development team, you will work with the Calibration Program Manager, the Scrum Master, the Product Owner and the Calibration engineers to guarantee efficient bottom-up documentation from the team's activity toward project management communication.
Responsibilities
- Understand the system level project management process (PSDP) and FV&P activities in the perspective of consolidating the structural link between Calibration activities & Project expectations
- Improve workflows, processes & guidelines on a continuous basis in answer to feedbacks from FV&P leaders & global organization process owners
- Promote transversal templates & process to optimize project follow-up and related communication (Timelines, KPI, Weekly & Milestone reporting,…)
- Support the calibration team in applying the processes
- Support the Calibration Program Managers in preparing communications toward Project management
- Raise improvements and lessons learned from the Calibration team into the PSDP process.
Profile / Requirements :
- Master's degree in automotive engineering or related field.
- Project management experience, managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Experience with SW validation and calibration processes.
- Ability to understand and summarize complex project organization.
- Excellent communication with usage of the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent documentation / organization skills
- Detail-oriented, able to manage priorities and multiple tasks.
- Adaptable and proactive in a rapidly changing technical environment.
