What the role is?
Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of the most complex, high-visibility, and cross-functional training projects—from needs analysis and strategic design to delivery, measurement, and continuous improvement.
Serve as the lead project manager for large-scale initiatives, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Contribute significantly to the overall curriculum architecture, providing expert recommendations to ensure a cohesive and impactful learning journey.
Design and develop training content for a blended learning environment (classroom, virtual, e-learning, experiential).
Coach other trainers and business leaders on the principles and effective facilitation of modern, interactive learning methodologies.
Act as a trusted strategic partner to agency leaders and life planners, consulting on performance gaps and recommending impactful learning solutions.
Use data and expertise to influence decisions and gain buy-in for innovative training strategies.
Prepare and present detailed reports and dashboards to stakeholders, communicating program results and providing data-driven recommendations for future action.
What are we looking for?
Degree holder in Business, Finance, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in training and development, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.
Demonstrated track record of successfully leading large-scale, strategic training projects from concept to completion in an individual contributor or project lead capacity.
Exceptional project management skills with the ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives without direct authority.
A proactive, highly organized, and detail-oriented professional who can manage multiple priorities effectively.
A collaborative team player with strong mentorship qualities.
Proficiency in spoken and written Cantonese, English, and Mandarin is essential.
Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and familiar with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other modern learning technologies.
