Main Responsibilities
The main responsibilities encompass the phases of project execution for manufacturing activities in the Line/Workshop:
1. From TTM to CGR, responsible for:
* Manufacturing contribution to:
o Industrial QCD Management
o Supply chain process definition & validation
o Quality plan validation
o Industrialization
* Manufacturing contribution to EHS risks & Ergonomics analysis
* Manufacturing preparation of the line/workshop:
o Manufacturing planning (workload, etc.)
o Management of manufacturing resources & skills (staffing, training, qualification)
o Industrial process hand-over from PME to manufacturing
o APSYS deployment (shop floor tools) preparation
1. From CGR to FQA, responsible for:
* Finalization of manufacturing preparation
* Complete scope of manufacturing activities, including:
o Intermediate handover (EPU level), configurations, inspections, NCR, rework, missing parts, waivers/deviations, incomplete operations
o On-time closing of work orders in MES
o Booking of productive & non-productive hours in MES
o Full APSYS deployment
* Monitoring SQCD performance and KPIs
* Continuous improvement of SQCD through workstation optimizations using APSYS tools
* Issues management, including timely MES issue raising and corrective actions (QRQC)
* Organizing product change execution (if applicable)
* Retrofit execution of first trains/products (if applicable)
* Providing manufacturing feedback for first trains/products to support functions
Hierarchical Management Responsibilities
* Managing time, presence, and activities of all employees, ensuring compliance with legislation
* Improving occupational safety, including contractors
* Developing qualification matrices for processes and personnel
* Managing People Management Cycle (PMC) as per HR policy
* Implementing corporate policies (IRIS, EHS, Ethics, Compliance)
