As an Enterprise Architect, you are the key figure in our digital transformation strategy.
As EA you will define clear directions to enable Digital Transformation taking into account the current AS IS situation and the future state TO BE architecture. To do so you will give clear advice and are responsible to ensure the execution of the business strategies by developing the best Information System based on best practices and clear recommendations.
Responsibilities
As EA you support the creation and maturing of the enterprise architecture practice management, this means you
Promote the business value as an enabler of strategy formulation and provide the support for technology innovation, which drives the organization's top and bottom line
Define the principles, guidelines, standards and solution patterns to ensure solution decisions are aligned with the enterprise's future-state architecture vision
Create reference architectures focused on dependencies between business and IT
Further on you provide the necessary leadership, do analysis and design tasks related to support the development of technology solutions to ensure that solutions meet business needs and align with the architectural governance and standards
What else?
You understand the business drivers and capabilities (future and current state) and determine corresponding enterprise system designs and change requirements to drive the organization's targeted business outcomes
You lead analysis of the business' future-state capabilities and future (and current) IT environment to detect critical deficiencies and recommend solutions for improvement to drive the business forward taking into account Time-to-Market, future proof technologies and maintainability
You present gap analyses and/or IT investment roadmaps that reflect the status of the existing IT estate, namely, its ability to contribute to future-state business capabilities around ecosystems and digital platforms
You facilitate the evaluation and selection of standard software products, solutions and services, as well as the design of standard and custom software configurations

Profile
Must haves
Strong Enterprise Architecture skills with the ability to Balance the long-term ("big picture") and short-term implications of individual decisions and organization goals
Organizationally savvy, and understanding of the political climate of the enterprise and how to navigate obstacles and politics
Confident at bridging the gap between the technical and non-technical, mediating between people and communicating with stakeholders at all levels to build a consensus
Stress resistant with good persuasiveness skills
You speak fluent French and English
Nice to haves
Knowledge of frontend Java, LowCode OutSystems and API connectivity
Experience with setting out a roadmap to the cloud
Knowledge of Mainframe connectivity
Experience with best practices around Salesforce (CRM / Marketing tool)
