A Master's degree and at least 4 years of experience in IT audit.Familiarity with controls assurance in complex IT environments; experience with cloud, automation or emerging technologies is a plus.Understanding of key business processes and the ability to assess IT risks and controls within a broader business context.Clear communication skills with stakeholders at all levels and the ability to guide small teams effectively.Strong relationship‐building skills, consistent delivery of high‐quality work on time and within budget, and a proactive mindset.Curiosity, eagerness to keep learning, and fluency in English and Dutch or French, with strong reporting and presentation skills.Confidence in working with AI tools, alongside a thoughtful and critical approach to using AI in daily tasks and team collaboration.
