To accelerate our transformation, we are hiring a Senior HR Project Manager who will lead high-impact, cross-functional HR initiatives and drive the optimization of our strategic HR processes.
We are currently looking for a Senior HR Project Manager with a strong background in Human Resources and ideally, hands-on experience in skills management.
As a Senior Project Manager, you will shape and deliver enterprise-wide HR projects—ranging from skills-based workforce planning to digital process redesign.
1. Design and deliver strategic HR projects that strengthen talent pipelines, upskill our workforce, and align people capabilities with business priorities.
2. Map, analyze, and re-engineer end-to-end HR processes to boost efficiency, quality, and employee experience.
3. Create robust business cases and secure sponsorship by translating complex data into clear, value-driven narratives for senior leadership.
4. Lead multi-disciplinary project teams—setting scope, milestones, budgets, and governance.
5. Build consensus across diverse stakeholders and keep initiatives on track.
6. Communicate clearly and persuasively, rallying teams around your ideas and reporting effectively on progress and impact.
7. Monitor benefits realization, ensuring lessons learned inform our continuous-improvement culture.
Who are you?
* Proven HR expertise: Solid understanding of HR challenges, particularly in skills mapping, talent development, or competency frameworks.
* Analytical and process-oriented mindset.
* Attention to detail with the ability to maintain a strategic overview.
* Excellent communication skills in Dutch, French, and English.
* Agile and solution-oriented: Able to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.
