We are continuously growing and we are looking for a bSenior Power BI Consultant /b to join our UniQue team. /p h3What will you be doing in this role? /h3 ul liProvide expert configuration, tuning, and performance optimization of Power BI Server to ensure reliability and high performance. /li liAssess existing deployments, identify bottlenecks, and implement Microsoft best practices. /li liDeliver Level 2/3 support, including monitoring backups, logs, and system performance. /li liSupport Level 1 support activities and ensure timely resolution of Service Desk tickets within SLA targets. /li liManage incident, problem, and change processes, including impact assessments, coordination, patching, and upgrades. /li liPerform planned Power BI on-premises patching and upgrades in line with security standards and release cycles (2–4 times per year). /li liDesign and deliver four Power BI dashboards, including three from existing HR data sources and one migrated from an existing reporting platform. /li liEnsure robust data modeling, user-friendly design, and interactive reporting (filters, slicing, historical analysis). /li liContribute to BI architecture, data modeling standards, coding guidelines, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). /li liDeliver documentation, knowledge transfer, and end-user training, including workshops, mentoring, and handover validation. /li /ul h3What do you need to succeed in this position? /h3 ul liBachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience as a consultant on large-scale business application implementations, evidenced by project scope, role, and technologies used. /li liMinimum 5 years of experience with MS SQL Server (2014 or higher), including complex SQL development and ETL processes. /li liMinimum 3 years of experience with Power BI Report Server (on-premises) and Power BI Service (cloud), including administration, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance. /li liMinimum 3 years of experience in Power BI development, including data modelling, DAX, and dashboard/report delivery. /li liMinimum 2 years of experience in data modelling (normalized/denormalized structures, star and snowflake schemas). /li liMinimum 2 years of experience in ITIL-based service management, including incident, problem, change, and request management (Level 2/3 support). /li liMinimum 2 years of experience working in Agile environments. /li liStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, including troubleshooting and root cause analysis. /li liStrong communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders. /li liAbility to work independently and in teams, produce technical documentation, and demonstrate full professional proficiency in English (C1 or equivalent). /li /ul h3It would be a plus if you have: /h3 ul liConfigure PBI Server to work with claims based ADFS authentication /li liKnowledge of Oracle Databases /li liKnowledge of KNIME Analytics Platform. /li liExperience in developing in Java. /li liPrior experience of working in an international environment comprising both military and civilian elements. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
