We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to oversee daily operations and team management. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to train new employees effectively.
The responsibilities of this role include ensuring that production schedules are met, collaborating with supervisors to implement efficiency improvements, conducting quality checks on the line, and performing administrative tasks as needed.
To succeed in this position, candidates should possess initial experience leading a team, value structured work, and be proficient with computers. A forklift certificate is also highly desirable. Proficiency in Polish and English is essential, with knowledge of Dutch being a plus.
