Our client, a European team dedicated to the origination and structuring of leasing solutions for strategic clients is looking for a Senior National Business Manager
1. Direct approach with financial advisors to develop a network and generate lead
2. Support to the sales force in place
3. Structure tailor made transaction
4. Analyze financials and risk profile of the deals
5. Analyze the strategic nature of the assets
6. Fluent in Dutch and English, French is a plus
7. Reputed Business school – Financial Background
8. 5+ years' experience in corporate banks/credit experience/specialized finance team / private debt fund
9. Analytical profile/credit risk management/financial analysis and compliance : needs to be proficient on excel, understand complex accounting and transactions, capacity to understand business trends
10. Commercial and results driven : we are a fast moving company. Responsiveness is an essential quality
11. Attention to details (reliable) and ability to provide a big picture and summarize main issues at stake /used to communicating to Management straight to the point, structured and clear messages
12. Autonomous and pro active / Entrepreneurial spirit – Knows how to work in a fast moving environment
13. Use to be in contact with COO, CFO and CEOs
14. International experience preferred
