Your journey begins with in-depth training where we’ll introduce you to the essentials of aseptic (germ-free) operations and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice)—crucial pillars of our industry. You’ll quickly become familiar with the tools, procedures and mindset that define high-quality biotechnological production.
After your onboarding, you'll become part of a dynamic Operations team that works hands-on with cutting-edge technologies and sterile processes. Together with your colleagues, you’ll carry out precise manual and aseptic production steps, following well-defined protocols to ensure patient safety and product quality.
How a day will look like for you:
* Contributing to aseptic and manual production processes.
* Working in a cleanroom lab environment.
* Executing production steps in controlled environments (grade A/B/C/D) such as spiking, media. changes, cell culture, and freezing therapeutic products.
* Managing equipment: inspections and maintenance.
* Thorough cleaning and disinfection of materials.
* Supporting transitions between production zones.
* Ensuring patients receive high-quality therapies on time.

* Excellent work-life balance thanks to the 4/4 shift system: Work 4 days (10 hours/day), followed by 4 days off. Be prepared to work across various shifts, including: 6:00-16:00, 7:00-17:00, 8:00-18:00, 10:00-20:00, 12:00-22:00, 14:00-00:00, 15:00-01:00 and 16:00-02:00.
* Shift premiums variable depending on the shift, and double remuneration for Sunday work - paid on the first inactivity day.
