Whyte Corporate Affairs is a leading independent Belgian consultancy specializing in corporate communications, crisis communications, media relations, public affairs, and internal communications & change. Founded in 2008 by four partners, our agency's strength lies in our integrated approach, removing barriers between practices, disciplines, and teams to achieve the best results for our clients.
Our team consists of around 35 enthusiastic consultants with diverse backgrounds, sharing a passion for corporate communication. We believe in integrating corporate communications and public affairs to better serve our clients. Internal communication is a strategic tool contributing to business goals.
Responsibilities
* Support clients across various sectors including chemicals, logistics, food, retail, banking, energy, real estate, pharmaceuticals, etc.
* Assist the client’s executive, communication, HR, and transformation teams.
* Monitor internal communication projects: develop strategies, draft press releases, identify stakeholders, media monitoring, translations, research, client meetings.
* Integrate employee and change communication into broader corporate affairs strategies.
* Create and facilitate workshops and training sessions.
* Contribute to the development of the Internal & Change department.
Education
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant subject.
Languages
* Dutch: native or similar
* English and French: fluent
Professional Experience
* Minimum 7-10 years in HR/change communication, in-house or consultancy.
* Ability to build long-term trust with clients.
* Strategic vision and ability to tailor solutions.
* Budget management skills.
* Experience in consultancy is an asset.
Personal Skills
* Excellent communication at executive level.

* Excellent written and oral communication skills.
* Knowledge of Belgian media, politics, and society.
