We are a textile company born in Seville more than 20 years ago, with a presence in Spain, Europe, and Latin America through over 100 owned stores, as well as a strong online channel that connects us with customers around the world.

What are we looking for?
We are looking to hire a Store Manager for our Citees Brugge Steenstraat
6 months contract
38 hours per week
Rotating shifts
Start date: November
Conditions and benefits:
* Salary: 13€ –14€ gross per hour.

* Quarterly performance bonus (based on monthly objectives).
Requirements:
* Previous experience as Store Manager or Assistant Manager (minimum 1 year).
* Strong leadership and organizational skills.
* Results-driven and customer-focused.
* Solid knowledge of KPIs and management tools.
* Intermediate to high level of English.
* Passion for fashion, creativity, and sustainability.
Main responsibilities:
* Lead the store team and coordinate daily operations.
* Provide personalized, customer-oriented service aligned with the group’s values.
* Supervise operations: inventory, stock control, orders, and warehouse management.
* Ensure store organization, image, and visual merchandising meet brand standards.
* Analyze and achieve sales targets.
* Act as the main point of contact in the store and liaise with the area management team.
