As a Customer Service Agent – Key Account, you will serve as the operational link between the client, internal departments, and external partners for one of the company’s largest accounts within the Pharma & Healthcare sector. Your focus is to monitor, coordinate, and optimize logistics processes, ensuring that client-specific agreements and quality standards are consistently met.
You’ll manage real-time operational data, follow up on logistics flows, and communicate proactively with clients and carriers to guarantee a seamless service. It’s a dynamic, problem-solving role where you’ll contribute directly to client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and monitor pick/pack and transport processes in real-time via warehouse management and planning systems
Act as the first point of contact for assigned clients, building strong working relationships
Identify operational issues or delays early, informing relevant parties and offering timely solutions
Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure flawless execution of logistics services
Handle and escalate customer complaints professionally and constructively
Contribute to ongoing process improvement initiatives and optimization projects
Vereisten
Several years of experience in customer service within logistics, supply chain, or a related sector
Solid command of Excel ( dashboards, data analysis, reporting)
Strong customer-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills
Problem-solving attitude, with the ability to stay calm and structured in dynamic environments
Proficient in Dutch and English (written and spoken)
