Exciting opportunity alert We're on the lookout for Italian and English-speaking Customer Service representatives to join an international company in Zaventem, specializing in the medical sector.
First of all, you are responsible for entering the orders in the ERP system. Your clients? Well, they range from hospitals to distributors in the region. You'll be tackling frontline questions independently and, when needed, collaborating with other departments for more complex inquiries. But that's not all – your role might evolve to include tasks like drafting quotes, handling complaints, phone support, and finish returns.
Your profile
Hays Zaventem is looking for a candidate who is fluent in spoken and written communication in Italian and English as your focus will be on the Italian market. Knowledge of any other language is a plus. A first work experience, is a must. Besides, you love to be in contact with clients & an international working atmosphere. Finally you are able to work with short deadlines, prioritise your tasks and able to handle unexpected challenges.
The terms of employment
From the start, you will receive an attractive salary package supplemented with meal vouchers and other extra-legal advantages. You will have the ability to work 1 day from home. You'll start under an interim contract, where a fixed contract will follow after six months.
