As a Digital Solutions Consultant, you will start your career with a stronger focus on data, analytics and solution development. You will actively contribute to building dashboards, data models and digital tools that support decision-making within our projects.
At the same time, you will be part of broader transformation engagements, working alongside strategy consultants and being exposed to the business context behind the solutions you build.

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for highly talented & motivated professionals, eager to develop themselves at the intersection of consulting and digital. This requires:
* Master’s degree in civil or commercial engineering, economics or other STEM-related fields
* Strong interest in data, analytics and digital solutions (experience with Power BI, Python, SQL or similar is a plus)
* Analytical, inquisitive, fast learning & digitally savvy
* An entrepreneurial and ‘can-do’ attitude
* A client-focused mindset; able to quickly grasp the issues & concerns of our clients and willing to go the extra mile to resolve them
* Strong presentation, conceptual, communication & influencing skills
* Fluency in English and preferably Dutch or French
* Resilience and flexibility in terms of mobility & work schedule
* Eagerness to work together within our team as well as with client teams
