Interim CFO 6 month initial Pearse Professional are working with a rapidly growing manufacturer seeking an Interim CFO to guide the business through a period of accelerated expansion and transformation. Backed by a leading private equity investor, the company is scaling its operations, enhancing its technology offering, and exploring acquisition opportunities across Europe. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will provide strong financial leadership, ensure robust controls, and deliver timely, accurate financial insight to both the management team and investors. This is a hands-on position in a fast-moving environment, requiring both strategic vision and operational discipline. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage all finance functions including accounting, reporting, forecasting, and cash flow Implement enhanced systems, processes, and controls to support rapid growth Partner with the CEO and investors to develop and execute the financial strategy Oversee budgeting, cost control, and performance monitoring Support due diligence, integration, and financial planning for bolt-on acquisitions Mentor and develop the finance team to meet evolving business demands Candidate Profile Proven track record as Interim in manufacturing, engineering, or capital-equipment sectors Experience working in private equity-backed or high-growth businesses Strong operational finance capability with ERP/system implementation exposure Skilled in cash flow management, financial modelling, and investor reporting Excellent communicator with the ability to influence at board level Fluent in English; additional European languages advantageous
