As Medical Advisor, you will lead end‑to‑end Medical Affairs activities for Celltrion’s biosimilars, focusing on Dermatology and Rheumatology. The role combines 50% customer engagement (external) with 50% medical affairs (internal) responsibilities and is based in the BELUX region. You will build effective relationships with KOLs, maintain deep therapeutic area knowledge, and apply strong medical affairs expertise. Excellent communication, scientific presentation skills, and a solution‑oriented mindset are key to supporting the successful adoption of Celltrion’s therapies. Key Responsibilities: Customer engagement (external, 50%) Build and maintain strong advocacy with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and healthcare professionals in the field of Dermatology and Rheumatology Engage in educational and partnership initiatives with major academic institutions, academic key opinion leaders (KOLs), external experts and patient associations Develop and maintain a territory strategic and tactical plan to deliver on Medical Affairs strategic goals and objectives Maintain accurate reporting and documentation of field activities Coordinate advisory boards and round tables Respond within defined deadlines to medical queries Represent Celltrion at medical / scientific conferences, medical society meetings and other external engagements, and provide insights and meeting summaries Develop and maintain an advanced level of knowledge about pertinent studies, compounds, and diseases that would facilitate peer-to-peer scientific exchange with leading Dermatology and Rheumatology thought leaders Medical Affairs (internal, 50%) Implement the medical strategy, ensuring alignment with clinical and commercial teams Provide training on regular basis to the field force team and to onboarding associates. Train speakers when needed Serve as a medical / scientific resource to external and internal partners to support business critical activities Understanding global market landscape and changing trends. Identify and report strategic and business relevant scientific / medical field insights to the Brand Team Collaborate with internal stakeholders on business-critical cross-functional projects and meet shared goals Consistently demonstrate a high standard of excellence in the management of assigned territory while contributing to the success of colleagues and the medical affairs organization as a whole Conduct all activities in accordance with current regulatory, health care and company compliance guidelines Qualification & Skills: Master’s or Doctorate degree in pharmacy, chemistry, biology, or a related medical field Fluency in Dutch, French, and English (written and spoken) Minimum 2 years of industry experience, ideally as an MSL Ability to quickly learn, retain, and present detailed scientific information Strong communication and presentation skills, able to translate complex data into clear scientific messages Proven ability to work cross‑functionally and collaborate across departments Therapeutic expertise in immunology is an asset Strong track record in building relationships with key opinion leaders in Dermatology or Rheumatology Ability to summarize complex information and support decision‑making Excellent organizational and time‑management skills, able to prioritize and manage multiple projects High integrity, professionalism, and strong work ethics Agile mindset with openness to change and continuous improvement Willingness to travel within BELUX and occasionally internationally for congresses (2-3 times per year)
