We are looking for an experienced and skilled Administrative & Procurement Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in procurement and logistics operations and be able to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role and be proficient in SAP/Salesforce or Odoo. They will also possess excellent English language skills and be able to maintain accurate records in systems.
Duties:
* Prepare and process orders, supplier invoices, and internal approvals
* Perform administrative tasks related to purchase and sales processes
* Maintain and update records in systems
* Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors
* Assist in preparing reports as needed
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
* At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
* Proven proficiency in SAP/Salesforce or Odoo
* Good level of English required
