Description

* You are responsible for the proactive management of customer files, taking into account priorities and existing agreements;
* You will maintain communication with the agent network and other operational services via both email and telephone;
* Your main focus will be on thoroughly and accurately analyzing these files, with the aim of validating them and ensuring "right first time" treatment, even in the event of problems or deviations;
* You will work with a motivated team of colleagues based in Brussels or Ghent, where you will deal with various types of customers, including legal entities, groups, and natural persons. This ensures a diverse range of tasks;
* Within this challenging and extensive domain, you will be responsible for managing files autonomously, with the necessary support and coaching when needed;
* This position falls under the Customers & Accounts Business department, which is responsible for managing customer identification (legal entities, groups, and natural persons with activities) and their accounts.
* You will be responsible for the operational follow-up of files relating to the identification of legal entities, groups, and natural persons with activities, as well as the management of their accounts.
* You will provide telephone and written support to the branch network in the operational processing of files;
* You will be responsible for the operational management of bankruptcies;
* You will supervise and check the data in the customer database.

Profile

* Communicates clearly and in a structured manner, both verbally and in writing;
* Has an excellent command of the second national language (Dutch or French);
* Has a critical and analytical mindset;
* Is able to make decisions and set priorities independently;
* Works proactively and has a results-oriented attitude;
* Enjoys working in a team and demonstrates flexibility and collegiality, with a strong positive attitude;
* Can work autonomously with attention to quality and detail.
