Description Division: GDC Position Overview: The Business Analyst within the AI Center of Excellence (CoE) acts as a critical liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams. This role is responsible for translating complex business requirements into high-level solution designs that align with the organization’s Enterprise Architecture (EA) blueprint. The individual will collaborate closely with IT, Risk & Compliance, and other cross-functional teams to ensure solutions meet regulatory, security, and operational standards. Additionally, the role involves active participation in technology stack discussions, exploration of emerging trends, and contribution to the organization’s AI ecosystem strategy. Key Responsibilities: Requirements Analysis & Solution Design and Oversight Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders across multiple domains. Translate requirements into high-level solution documents aligned with the target Enterprise Architecture blueprint. Ensure traceability between business needs and technical solutions. Act when needed as an EDO for specific projects Cross-Functional Collaboration Act as a bridge between business units, IT teams, and Risk & Compliance to ensure solutions meet functional, technical, and regulatory standards. Facilitate workshops and discussions to validate requirements and solution approaches. Enterprise Architecture Alignment Work with Enterprise Architects to ensure proposed solutions adhere to architectural principles, standards, and governance frameworks. Support impact analysis for changes in architecture or technology stack. Technology Exploration & Ecosystem Development Participate in discussions on technology stack selection and integration strategies. Research and evaluate emerging technologies, AI trends, and vendor ecosystems to inform strategic decisions. Provide insights on market developments and their potential impact on the organization’s AI roadmap. Risk & Compliance Integration Collaborate with Risk and Compliance teams to ensure solutions comply with regulatory requirements, data privacy standards, and internal policies. Support risk assessments and mitigation planning for AI-related initiatives. Required Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field. Experience: 5 years as a Business Analyst or similar role in technology-driven environments. Experience in AI/ML projects or digital transformation initiatives is highly desirable. Skills: Strong understanding of Enterprise Architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF – The Open Group Architecture Framework). Familiarity with AI technologies, data platforms, and cloud ecosystems. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Ability to produce clear, structured documentation and solution designs. Preferred Competencies: Knowledge of risk management frameworks and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR – General Data Protection Regulation). Exposure to Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., EPIC-feature-story breakdown). Analytical mindset with ability to evaluate emerging tech trends and their business implications.
