Position
International Sales Manager
– drive commercial activities across Europe, focusing on the European Commission and its Agencies. The role involves developing and expanding the client portfolio, managing key stakeholder relationships, supporting the company in the preparation and management of European tenders and projects, and driving sales growth of ICT solutions and B2G services.
Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities across Europe and within EU institutions
Manage and expand the client portfolio, with a strong focus on the European Commission
Analyze tenders and calls for proposals, assessing commercial and technical feasibility
Collaborate with internal teams (technical, legal, marketing) to develop and deliver innovative, competitive, and fully compliant solutions
Represent the company at events, conferences, and institutional meetings
Monitor KPIs, sales pipeline, and performance, identifying challenges and implementing xphnsxz corrective actions to ensure targets are met

Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in international B2G/B2B sales, preferably with European institutions
Strong understanding of EU procurement processes and public tender regulations
Excellent command of English; additional European languages are a plus
Outstanding negotiation, communication, and client management skills
Results-oriented with a proactive approach to managing complex opportunities
