We’re looking for a passionate and drivenBoutique Managerto lead our team in Brugge and bring the Love Stories experience to life.
Your Role
As Boutique Manager, you are the heart of the store, responsible for creating an inspiring environment where customers feel welcomed and the team feels motivated. You will:
* Lead and manage the daily operations of the store, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
* Inspire, train, and guide your team to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
* Deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships with clients.
* Uphold the Love Stories brand by maintaining high standards in visual merchandising and in-store presentation.
* Manage stock levels, handle administrative tasks, and ensure operational excellence at all times.
What We’re Looking For
* Minimum of 3 years’ experience in retail management, preferably in fashion or lingerie.
* Strong leadership skills and a proactive, hands-on approach.
* Experience in achieving sales goals and working with KPIs.
* Customer-focused, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Fluent in the local language; additional languages are a plus.
* Flexible schedule, including availability on weekends.
