Microsoft O365 Engineer – Teams Voice & Call Center

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Microsoft O365 Engineer with strong expertise in Microsoft Teams Voice and call center/contact center solutions. You will support and develop the modern workplace and enterprise voice environment within a multinational organization.
Key Responsibilities
* Implement, manage, and optimize Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams
* Act as the technical lead for Microsoft Teams Voice, including Direct Routing, Operator Connect, call queues, and auto attendants
* Design and support Teams-based call center/contact center solutions, including third-party integrations
* Provide 3rd-line support for complex O365 and Teams Voice issues
* Monitor and improve call quality and telephony performance
* Collaborate with international teams on projects and rollouts
Required Skills & Experience
* Proven experience as a Microsoft 365 / O365 Engineer
* Strong hands-on experience with Teams Voice and telephony
* Experience with call center/contact center solutions
* Solid understanding of VoIP, SIP, PSTN, and networking fundamentals
* Experience with PowerShell and Microsoft 365 licensing
