You will lead a team of Project Managers, Consultants Engineers, support their development, and be a key contributor to delivering high-quality professional services. /p pIn addition to managing day-to-day operations, you will play an active role in the broader commercial and operational success of the department. This includes taking ownership of relevant financial performance indicators and working closely with commercial teams during both pre-sales planning and post-sales delivery to ensure service excellence and business alignment. /p pbWhat You'll Do /b /p pbPeople Management /b /p ul liLead and manage a team of Project Managers, Consultants, Engineers, including all aspects of performance management, coaching, and development. /li liCreate and maintain training and development plans aligned with business goals. /li liEnsure accurate and timely execution of administrative processes (e.g. timesheets, onboarding). /li liDrive recruitment and onboarding of new team members. /li liFoster an open, feedback-driven team culture where individuals feel valued and supported. /li liEnsure the team remains focused on delivering excellent customer service and follows up on customer feedback. /li /ul pbResource Planning /b /p ul liTranslate resourcing requirements into effective deployment of internal and external professionals. /li liBuild and maintain a strong network of external contractors and staffing agencies. /li liManage the recruitment, onboarding and support of external resources. /li liCollaborate with Resource and Service Managers to align long-term planning and pricing based on pipeline forecasts. /li liAct as point of contact for international resourcing requests and systems development. /li liWork closely with HR on contract management and administrative tasks. /li /ul pbFinancial and Commercial Involvement /b /p ul libPL Ownership /b: Contribute to the financial performance of the department by managing key cost lines and understanding how your team's performance impacts the broader departmental PL. /li libPre-Sales Support /b: Collaborate with commercial and bid teams during proposal development to ensure realistic resource planning and cost estimates. /li libPost-Sales Execution /b: Oversee the resource execution of awarded projects, ensuring optimal delivery and customer satisfaction.
