For a rapidly growing, Private Equity-backed digital consulting group in Belgium, we are seeking an entrepreneurial Business Director (P&L) to strengthen the Management Team. The organisation has successfully executed a buy-and-build strategy in recent years and now represents a platform of multiple combined consulting firms, with the service line pertaining a scope of over 350 FTE. The company is entering its next phase of growth, focusing on further commercial expansion and operational excellence.
Key responsibilities
* Drive the organization's commercial growth by strengthening and scaling the go-to-market approach across the group.
* Improve operational efficiency and ensure scalable processes and structures across the different entities.
* Lead and align multiple teams within a federated structure, fostering collaboration and performance across business units.
* Act as a key member of the Management Team, supporting strategic decision-making and long-term value creation.
Profile
* Strong technical foundation in (digital) consulting or IT.
* Proven experience in a senior leadership role with P&L responsibility (e.g., General Manager, Business Unit Director, or similar) within consulting or IT services.
* Demonstrated ability to manage and scale organizations and teams of significant size and complexity (250+ FTE, by preference multi-entity).
* Strong commercial acumen combined with a hands-on operational mindset.
* Entrepreneurial, pragmatic, and results-driven, with the ability to operate and lead effectively in a dynamic and fast-growing environment.
* Experience in Private Equity environments and/or buy-and-build strategies is a strong advantage. xphnsxz
