Job Description
As Office Assistant, you will be responsible for:
* Coordinating the office
* Follow-up & ordering of office supplies
* Contact person for suppliers
* Managing in/out mail
* Managing badges & access for visitors & employees
* General administrative support (phone, documents, emails...) at the reception
The Successful Applicant
* You are fluent in French and English or Dutch and English
* You can use MS Office fluently
* You have at least 1 year experience in hospitality, office support or reception
* You are hands-on, dynamic, organised & proactive
* You are sociable and have good communication skills
* Available to work 3 days a week
