Fujitsu is looking for a Field Support Engineer to support a major EU Institution, ensuring the smooth operation and high availability of its videoconferencing platform (Pexip) .
Key ResponsibilitiesOperational SupportOperate, monitor, and support the videoconferencing platform (Pexip), including network and system configurationsMaster and control technical parameters of the videoconferencing environmentInteract at a technical level with server, network, and application teamsProvide hands-on technical operation and real-time support for videoconferences in direct contact with end usersProduce reports on conference quality and operational performanceDeliver consolidated reports on service quality and videoconferencing service centre operations
Documentation & Technical ReportingMaintain and update documentation related to procedures, platform parameters, and operational changesProduce technical reports including service metrics such as:Number of conferences supportedIncidents and issuesImprovement recommendations
Additional ResponsibilitiesProvide technical support outside normal working hours or days when required
Required Skills & ExperienceCertified knowledge of videoconferencing technologies (Pexip certification or equivalent highly appreciated)Strong understanding of industry norms, standards, and best practicesProven experience with:Architecture and technology selectionInstallation, configuration, testing, and operationsAbility to communicate effectively with end users in French and EnglishStrong customer service mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skillsProactive, responsible, and reliable working attitudeStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize effectivelyAbility to work under pressure and adapt to workload fluctuationsStrong team player
