As Key Account Manager, you will be the trusted partner to a portfolio of high-value clients, helping them optimize their operations through tailored technical solutions and value-driven collaboration. You will:

* Manage and grow a portfolio of B2B clients across diverse industries
* Identify customer needs and provide tailored product and service solutions
* Lead contract negotiations and ensure long-term account satisfaction
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders (marketing, product management, pricing, logistics) to deliver seamless customer experiences
* Monitor market dynamics to detect trends and capitalize on new business opportunities



This is a strategic, consultative sales role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, customer-centric environment.


* Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales or account management, ideally within technical distribution, professional supplies, or industrial services
* Proven ability to manage large or complex accounts with a results-oriented, solutions-focused mindset
* Strong commercial acumen combined with technical understanding of product portfolios and client challenges
* Trilingual: Fluent in Dutch, French, and English (written and spoken)
* Self-starter with exceptional communication and organizational skills
* Ability to work independently and cross-functionally within a matrix organization
