Job Description
Hospitality Talents, a recruitment agency specialized in hospitality profiles, is looking for a dynamic Sales Executive – MICE to join a brand-new luxury lifestyle hotel in the heart of Brussels.
Your Mission
* Proactively develop new MICE business opportunities, focusing on corporate groups, conferences, incentives, and events
* Manage and grow a portfolio of existing MICE clients and key accounts
* Create compelling proposals, respond to RFPs, and negotiate contracts
* Represent the hotel at trade shows, networking events, and site inspections
* Collaborate with Groups & Events, Revenue, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless delivery
* Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activity to position the hotel as a leader in the MICE segment
Requirements
* 2–3 years’ experience a groups & events coordinator within the hospitality sector
* Strong network of MICE clients in the local and/or international market
* Proactive “hunter” mindset with exceptional communication and negotiation skills
* Fluent in English and French (Dutch is a strong plus; any additional language is an asset)
* Organised, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
