Partner Manager – Esri BeLux

As part of our ongoing partner network development and expansion strategy, we are seeking a motivated and experienced Partner Manager to lead the strategic development, management, and growth of our partner ecosystem in Belgium and Luxembourg.
What will your day look like?
Strategic Responsibilities
* Develop and refine the partner strategy for Belgium and Luxembourg in alignment with Esri’s regional and global objectives.
* Identify strategic market opportunities and define partner coverage across key industries and verticals.
* Set annual partner objectives and strategic priorities for recruitment, enablement, and joint go-to-market.
Partner portfolio management and development
* Guide the creation and execution of joint business plans aligned with Esri’s go-to-market strategies.
* Manage and grow relationships with existing EPN-partners, ensuring engagement, delivering on the win-win businessplan and satisfaction.
* Identify, recruit, and onboard new partners aligned with Esri’s technology, solutions, and market focus.
Partner Enablement - Technical and commercial support
* Ensure partners understand EPN benefits, requirements, and resources.
* Support partners in achieving EPN milestones (training, certifications, solution validations).
* Ensure partners have access to the right resources according to their technical needs.
* Support partners in identifying opportunities, co-selling, and positioning Esri in customer solutions.
* Organize and host events, webinars, and joint marketing campaigns to enhance visibility and collaboration.
* Facilitate exchanges and cooperation between partners and Esri BeLux teams (sales, technical, marketing).
Sales & Revenue Growth
* Drive partner-generated and partner-influenced revenue across targeted verticals.
* Monitor partner performance against KPIs and take action to address gaps.
Strategic leadership and reporting
* Contribute to defining and updating the annual partner strategy.
* Report on performance, growth opportunities, and risks.
* Ensure compliance with engagement rules and maintain high-quality interactions.
* Promote partner success stories to drive visibility and engagement.
Your profile
* Proven experience in B2B partnership management, ideally in software, IT, Big 4, and geospatial technologies.
* Knowledge of multi-level partnership models in Belgium.
* Master’s degree, preferably in business administration, IT, or a STEM field – such as Business Engineering, Geomatics, or Industrial Engineering.
* Excellent communication skills in Dutch, French, and English.
* Strong commercial skills, with an ability to create opportunities, build high-level relationships, and lead results-driven discussions.
* Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills, with the ability to unite and engage a diverse network of stakeholders.
* Strategic planning and execution skills.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize complex information.
* Results-oriented with a strong collaborative spirit.
* Open to innovation and growth.
