About the Role Our client is seeking a Senior Technical Administrator Planisware to drive the evolution of their enterprise project, program, and portfolio management platform. Why This Role Matters The Planisware platform is the nerve center for managing over 3,500 projects, 1,100 programs, and 140 strategic plans. Your expertise will ensure its reliability, scalability, and adaptability, directly influencing how business and IT teams deliver value. By maintaining and enhancing this platform, you’ll empower teams to plan, execute, and innovate at scale — making you a key architect in the organization’s future. Key Responsibilities Lead the functional and technical analysis of new projects and enhancements on the Planisware (P4) platform. Gather and translate business requirements into clear, actionable functional and non-functional specifications. Configure and develop new functionalities within Planisware, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance. Drive quality assurance: design test plans, supervise testing, analyze results, and implement corrective actions. Act as the primary technical liaison, communicating effectively with project managers, key users, stakeholders, and technical teams. Document all configurations and developments, both functionally and technically, for transparency and future reference. Participate in project committees and steering meetings, contributing technical insight and strategic recommendations. Provide user support, resolve incidents, and ensure platform stability. Train key users on new features, fostering adoption and maximizing impact. Oversee operational management of significant projects involving the Planisware application. Ensure all activities align with established project, program, portfolio, and plan management methodologies. Technical Skills Expertise in Planisware (Planisware certification required) Advanced IT development skills: JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SQL Strong experience with SaaS application management Data extraction (ODATA or similar) and data transformation Agile methodologies (senior level) Proven ability to deliver technical and functional analysis Experience providing user training and support Language Proficiency Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders Other Requirements Demonstrated ownership, autonomy, and results-driven mindset Ability to adapt to complex administrative environments Collaborative, open to change, and able to manage ambiguity Rigorous, methodical, and stress-resistant Strong teamwork and communication skills Previous positive evaluations in similar assignments are a plus Partial remote work possible; on-site presence required as needed Freelance contract, 11 months duration, based in Belgium Ready to build the future with us?
