In this role, you will lead and coach a team of EB specialists, ensuring the efficient and high-quality management of group insurance portfolios. You combine people management with operational oversight, while actively contributing to the further development and optimization of EB activities. You act as a key point of contact for complex cases, support process improvements, and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across operations, actuarial and management.
