Business Controller – Your Key Responsibilities
* Data collection & validation: Gather, validate, and ensure reliability of financial data from multiple sources
* Reporting & KPI development: Create insightful reports to monitor performance and support decision-making
* Process efficiency: Streamline and harmonize controlling processes across different markets
* Project participation: Contribute actively to group-wide initiatives and improvement projects
* Stakeholder collaboration: Work closely with local controllers, accounting teams, and management to drive business insights
Business Controller – Your Requirements
* Experience: Minimum 8 years in finance (audit or consultancy) with at least 3 years in controlling, preferably in the automotive sector
* Languages: Professional proficiency in Dutch and French (French preferred)
* Education: Relevant degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
Business Controller – The Offer
* Salary: up to €85,000 per year
