* Gather, analyze and challenge needs and pain points from internal and external stakeholders
* Collaborate with experts to define product concepts, detailed processes and functional architectures
* Define acceptance criteria for Opuses and Features
* Work closely with the Product Owner and development team during refinement phases
* Support business and user testing and organize UAT when required
* Continuously improve existing processes (user experience, efficiency, compliance)
* Produce and maintain clear and accessible documentation
* Contribute to data model design and reporting improvements thanks to your data analytics mindset
Profile required
Experience & skills
* Minimum 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst
* Strong affinity with data analytics (mandatory)
* Knowledge of SAP HR (nice to have)
* Experience in Agile environment (nice to have)
* Knowledge of HR processes (payroll, benefits, etc.) (nice to have)
Languages
* Dutch: fluent
* French: fluent
* Analytical mindset and conceptual thinking
* Structured and solution-oriented approach
* Negotiation and persuasion abilities
* Team player
* Adaptability and openness to change
* Ability to communicate effectively with different audiences
* Proactive and autonomous
* English: very good command essential
* German or Dutch is an asset
