About the Role
You will play a central role in sourcing and recruiting top engineering talent for our clients. You will work in a dynamic environment, collaborating with teams and clients to meet their recruitment needs.

Key Responsibilities:
* Craft compelling job postings to attract top talent.
* Use diverse channels to find the right profiles.
* Conduct interviews and manage the recruitment process.
* Work closely with Talent Acquisition colleagues and business managers to align recruitment efforts.
* Create and maintain a proactive network of engineering professionals.
* Handle salary and package negotiations.

Requirements
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Psychology, Communication, or a related field.
* At least 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a technical or engineering context.
* Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships.
* Proactive and driven individual who takes initiative.
* Organized and adaptable with multiple priorities.
* Fluent in Dutch or French and English.
* Interest in technology and connecting with professionals in R&D and engineering.
