About the Job
We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Test Engineer to join our Validation team. In this role, you will be responsible for the test management of a specific part or module of one of our products.
Responsibilities
- Convert concrete test requests into test procedures and test equipment.
- Convert abstract test needs into real test plans.
- Ensure the execution of a part of the extended product design validation test plan and you make sure the agreed milestones are being met.
- Convert the mid-long term planning in weekly planning and solve roadblocks which endanger the progress in order to ensure high efficiency.
- Prepare, coordinate, perform (data) analysis and reporting of development tests.
- Work together with different disciplines to solve possible roadblocks.
- Help to work towards quality requirements as described in ISO 17025.
Profile / Requirements :
Background:
- Master in automotive, Electro-Mechanical with a strong interest for automotive or equivalent by experience
- Experience in the field of automotive testing and testing facilities.
- Experience with Hybrid Powertrains and Automatic Transmission is an advantage
- Experience in technically leading a team
