Overview
Scrum Master - Portfolio Manager (temporary assignment) As our Scrum Master & Portfolio Manager, you will play a dual role at the intersection of agile delivery and strategic portfolio oversight. This assignment combines hands-on guidance of a Scrum Master with high-level coordination of portfolio management to help our teams deliver efficiently while keeping the project portfolio aligned with strategic goals. Responsibilities
Facilitate agile ceremonies and ensure the scrum teams follow agile principles and best practices. Coach teams on self-organization, continuous improvement, and delivery focus. Remove impediments that block progress and promote a collaborative team environment. Coordinate cross-team dependencies and support alignment across multiple initiatives. Drive the 12+ month product strategy and oversee portfolio management to ensure strategic alignment and effective prioritization. Collaborate closely with the Product Owner and the wider development team to align delivery outcomes. Track and report on portfolio performance, resource allocation, and delivery timelines. Provide transparency through dashboards, reporting, and proactive communication. Qualifications
Experience in portfolio or program management in a technology or product-driven environment. Proven experience as a Scrum Master and Agile Coach, with a solid understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) and agile delivery principles. The ability to translate between operational delivery and executive-level reporting. Excellent people management skills and the ability to facilitate, coach and build trusted relationships. Experience in coordinating delivery across internal teams as well as external partners. A proactive mindset, with a bias for action and continuous improvement. Excellent English communication skills. Dutch is a nice-to-have. Proficiency in Office 365 (particularly SharePoint and MS Teams) and Azure DevOps for Scrum planning. What we offer
