Your Role

As Key Account Manager, you will manage a portfolio of strategic wholesale partners, overseeing all aspects of their relationship with Proximus Wholesale. You'll identify and develop new business opportunities, lead negotiations, close deals, and ensure seamless implementation and ongoing support. Your focus will be on creating value for both our clients and the Proximus Group, while supporting business transformation and sustained growth.

Your Responsibilities
* Manage and develop a dedicated portfolio of wholesale customers, from initial contact through to deal closure and ongoing support.
* Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities and expanding existing partnerships whereas your account development plan is your compass.
* Lead commercial, technical, financial, and contractual negotiations with clients and stakeholders up to C-level.
* Monitor business performance, set and achieve financial targets, and initiate commercial actions to maximise results.
* Work closely with internal teams to deliver top-tier customer satisfaction and innovative solutions.
About You
* Proven sales experience in Belgian Telecom sector, wholesale and/or IT experience are a plus.
* Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and a track record of closing high-value deals.
* Excellent relationship-building abilities, with a customer-focused and results-driven mindset.
* Stakeholder management skills and the ability to collaborate across teams and senior levels.
* Fluent in French, Dutch, and English.
* Analytical thinker, quick learner, and motivated team player with a hands-on, THINK POSSIBLE approach.
