You will support the I2M and IIM process for site / cluster and ensure effective planning and execution of change as it relates to new and existing products, packaging and processes for a plant or cluster. At the plant level you will work on change management and innovation management capabilities.
How you will contribute
You will:
1. Support Project Development / Execution: Support I2M/IIM (Innovation 2 Market; Initiative Management) within the site; Provide site AR write ups & prepare critical site inputs to the Regional BD, specifically for IIM Design Reviews (DR2 – DR6); Leads Project Verification (DR7); Design Reviews (DR4) onward lead Plant activities: Master data, Art Work, Raw/Pack Material availability, Track timings – and report to project team. Act as the source of internal and external information (contact for Commercial stakeholders and is the key interface between Category and Engineering / Manufacturing / R&D). Lead site post project evaluation and communication, planning and execution of promotional activities within the I2M process
2. Support Site Strategic Plan / Annual Contract creation: Support the site director in developing the site strategy and plant road map. Be the key partner for Product Supply team on sourcing/capacity expansion – ensure full integration of Innovation/Renovation plans in 421 into site supply plans. Partner effectively with Engineering to build the site CAPEX budget. Ensure planning of the capital budget bottom up, including prioritization ( integration with the full site agenda, specifically alignment of the annual timetable)
3. Drive Ongoing business and Simplification: Integrate overall site change management agenda to ensure delivery of projects while maintaining service levels. Manage ongoing reprioritization, De-complexity agenda and support the delivery of the site productivity and improvement agenda. Ensure execution of regional /global menu cards and ensure that manufacturing hurdle rates are met. Support Product supply for assessment of manufacturing solutions for current supply and demand gaps in the site
4. Lead, coach and build Capability of the Business development change coordinator(s) within the plant and other Key stakeholders.

5. Strong operational & manufacturing experience in CPG industry with experience in TPM-Total productive maintenance, 5s, LEAN, 6 sigma tools and concepts, Safety & GMP standard
6. Good understanding of end-to-end processes in the manufacturing and business environment; working knowledge of commercialization process (I2M); project leadership / management skills and technical and financial aspects of the business
7. Strategic thinking, while having ability to excel in leading tactical programs
8. Highly action oriented, drive for results, innovative, challenging actual set-ups, entrepreneurial ability
9. Excellent communication (verbal & written), coaching, and leadership skills in a team-based environment
10. Demonstrated abilities in analytics, problem solving and team building
11. Possess excellent interpersonal skills and be able to work effectively with colleagues at all levels of the organization

1. Technisch Expert in Chocolade- en Biscuitprocessen
12. Je bent de specialist waar collega’s uit verschillende landen op vertrouwen.
13. Je bepaalt hoe onze processen moeten verlopen en welke instellingen belangrijk zijn.
14. Je zorgt dat onze manier van werken voldoet aan alle kwaliteits- en veiligheidsregels.
2. Meewerken aan nieuwe producten en verbeteringen
15. Je begeleidt testen, proefproducties en de eerste echte productieruns.
16. Je ziet risico’s op tijd en zorgt dat problemen worden voorkomen.
17. Je helpt ervoor te zorgen dat nieuwe producten meteen goed worden geproduceerd.
3. Verbeteren van productieprocessen
18. Je werkt aan betere procesinstellingen, bijvoorbeeld voor de juiste dikte, structuur of temperatuur.
19. Je gebruikt methodes zoals IL6S om verspilling te verminderen en de productie te versnellen.
20. Je helpt knelpunten op te lossen en lijnen efficiënter te maken.
4. Aansturen van experts, oplossen van complexe problemen en borgen van kennis
21. Je geeft leiding aan een team van minstens drie andere experts binnen jouw vakgebied.
22. Je helpt de fabriek bij complexe, technische problemen.
23. Je bent het aanspreekpunt wanneer er grote of terugkerende problemen zijn.
24. Je helpt actief mee om kennis rond foodtechnology in de fabriek vast te leggen, te ontwikkelen en te borgen.
25. Je speelt een sleutelrol in het RTS‑programma, waar je standaarden mee opzet, uitwerkt en duurzaam verankert.
26. Je werkt met zowel food technology als packaging technology.
27. Je traint collega’s en zorgt dat kennis goed wordt vastgelegd en gedeeld.
28. Je verspreidt best practices binnen het hele netwerk.
5. Toezicht op regels, veiligheid en risico’s
29. Je zorgt dat we voldoen aan alle regels rond voedselveiligheid en kwaliteit.
30. Je ondersteunt audits en helpt bij het onderzoeken van incidenten.
31. Je geeft technisch advies bij investeringen en nieuwe machines.
32. Je zorgt dat alle processen goed gedocumenteerd en gecontroleerd worden.
Ervaring
33. Je hebt ruime ervaring in productie en procestechnologie, bij voorkeur in de voedingsindustrie (FMCG).
34. Je hebt eerder gewerkt als technisch expert voor meerdere fabrieken.
35. Je kent industriële verwerkingsapparatuur goed.
36. Je hebt diepgaande kennis van voedingsprocessen, zoals kristallisatie en reologie.
37. Je bent sterk in voedselveiligheid, GMP en kwaliteitssystemen.
38. Je hebt ervaring met innovatieprojecten, opschaling en investeringsprojecten.
