Responsibilities
Achieve portfolio growth and quality objectives
1. Attract new clients based on leads provided by Market Management and find your own leads (via an existing and to-be-developed network of non-specialized brokers and introducers)
2. Provide feedback on leads provided by Market Management
3. Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities
4. Apply correct pricing
Take personal responsibility for the implementation of quality standards across the Group
5. Buildmercial relationships with non-specialized brokers
6. Serve client segments based on the Operational Manual
7. Collaborate closely with other key functions (risk, claims, PA, CUW)
8. Applymercial underwriting standards (apply MMCD rules) to ensure profitability and quality of the client portfolio
9. Represent Allianz Trade in the assigned region at events, with local players.
Your Experience and Skills
Market knowledge:
10. Expert knowledge of market characteristics (3 to 5 years in B2B financial services)
11. Knowledge of factoring and credit management is an asset
12. Ability to build a network with introducers
13. Ability to leverage an existing professional network
Technical Skills:
14. Expert sales knowledge and negotiation skills according to the principles of solution selling
15. Negotiation at C-level
16. Thorough knowledge of Excel and Office applications
17. Experience with digital sales tools
18. Basic knowledge of balance sheet analysis
Interpersonal Skills:
19. Team player, able to build a strong internal network
20. Able to convince non-specialized brokers of the importance of credit insurance for the growth of their portfolio
21. Proficient in three languages: able to conduct negotiations and sales discussions in French, English, and express fluently in Dutch
22. Strategic negotiation skills
23. Able to defend a tailored proposal for the client based on financial data andplex context
24. Able to put oneself in the prospect's shoes to map out and create the client's benefits and needs if necessary
25. Think outside the box with the prospect and surprise them with a unique tailored offer
26. Results-oriented, hands-on
27. Able to execute the sales plan independently.
28. Basic understanding and training in Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools.
