Credit AdministratorWe are looking for a Credit Administrator to join a Credit Administration & Middle Office team within Risk Management.Reporting to the Head of Credit Administration, you will play a key role in the preparation, review, execution, and monitoring of credit files and related contractual documentation.Your responsibilitiesCredit portfolio administrative follow-upManage daily requests related to existing credit facilitiesAct as a point of contact for Relationship ManagersLiaise with notaries and insurance companiesSupport Credit Analysts on a daily basisProvide documentation and information for various attestationsEnsure proper archiving of credit agreementsPreparation and review of credit documentationDetermine or validate the appropriate contractual frameworkDraft, complete, or adapt credit and collateral agreementsCoordinate with notaries for mortgage-related documentationCredit booking and system processingVerify incoming client documentation (validity, signatures, mandatory mentions)Request opening of technical credit accountsEnsure proper perfection of collateralProceed with credit disbursement in the systemYour profileBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent3–5 years of experience in the financial sector (mortgage experience is an asset)Strong team spirit with excellent communication skillsAbility to interact with multiple stakeholders (Credit Analysts, Private Bankers, Credit Risk Managers, Credit Committee members, etc.)Proactive, flexible, pragmatic, and “can-do” mindsetStrong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and maintain attention to detailDiscreet and able to handle confidential informationFluent in French and DutchAdvanced user of Microsoft Office
