Candidate Profile
* Bachelor/Master degree, preferably in HR.
* Minimum 5 years' experience in a production related environment.
* Strong communication, coaching and advisory skills.
* Hands-on, flexible, stress-resistant and people-oriented.
* Autonomous, structured and able to prioritize effectively.
* Team player with strong organizational skills.
* Profound knowledge of the site main language ( Dutch/ French/ German) is mandatory
* A good working knowledge of Englishis required.
